TLD@Work
Program Description
TLD@Work is a customized series of dialogues in the workplace about topics selected by the company that are often geared at helping companies advance their business goals through social responsibility, engage their employees through a deeper sense of purpose, elevate morale and increase productivity.
The purpose is to help companies engage their workforce at a deeper level. This series includes dialogues at various levels of the organization where participants are selected based on their role in the company. Each dialogue is designed to meet the company’s needs and goals in bringing participants together for a desired outcome. Examples of what some businesses may want to focus on can be:
- Team cohesiveness for better outcomes.
- Employee engagement to encourage creative and proactive solutions and to increase productivity.
- Strengthen leadership to promote better results.
- Business impact to understand the meaning and purpose of the company internally and or externally.
Some businesses may want the dialogue(s) to be about the company’s legacy – what it is, what it should be, and what needs to be done to accomplish it. The purpose is for the leadership team to agree on the meaning and impact of the company’s work, which sometimes needs to be reinforced or reframed, while others it may still need to be defined.
The dialogues below are examples of topics that TLD@Work can cover, all of which are adapted to suit the company’s specific needs and goals. We work closely with our corporate clients to tailor the dialogues, including the topics themselves, for the benefit of the organization.
